*Some of examples are based on my experiences.

In other words, it could sound weird a bit.

extremely busy
one's schedule is full and can't fit you in

ex. Between work and study, I have a full plate these days.

Are you sure that you can handle this? You've already had a full palte.

I have a full plate myself, but workout is something I have to get done for my health, hell or high water.

get your act together :
manage to organize or control sth better than you have done before

ex. I've been trying to get my act together by writing a diary and doing exercise every day.

But, getting my act together is not easy as apple pie.

Nevertheless, I'll keep plugging away at getting my act together, come hell or high water.

I have the blues :
melancholic and sad
sad in an elegant way(:

ex. Isn'it funny that I work out for hours everytime I have the blues?

I have the blues everytime I listen the music.

Seems like you have the Monday blues.
